Description
The memory of a Greek summer on Mount Pelion, where, to reach the sea, one had to cross a natural grove of wild fig trees bathed by the sun. Philosykos is an ode to the whole fig tree: the green freshness of the leaves, the milky flavor of the figs, underpinned by the woody density of the tree.
“Philosykos” means “friend of the fig tree” in Greek. A tree whose leaves and some branches brought in a souvenir box were the source of inspiration.
